Boo! Hiss! Blech! I do not like winter especially January! Dave was gone 18 days of the month of January. He was in China for about 9 days... then home for about 12 hours... then off to London for another 9 days. Here are just a few of the things I had to deal with while he was gone...
- Coldest temperatures in over a decade.
- Most snowfall in over a decade.
- Freezing rain (that was an adventure!)
- frozen pipes.
- A bird dying in our furnace and shutting it off for a couple of days (Brrrr!)
- A baby with the flu.
- Me with the flu/death illness!
- Two other kids with the flu.
- Worst air quality EVER!!!
I will say this for January... it did provide some GREAT snow days!!!
Sam loved gettting ready but he wasn't so sure about the actual snow.
Real cry...

As lame as January was it something truely great did occure that month... more on that to come.
