October 2012

*Recap of a month in photos*

For Dave's birthday at the beginning of the month we has a little one night getaway to the Zermatt Resort in Midway.  My parents had given us a night for our anniversary but we saved it and used it for Dave's birthday.
The kids had a blast at Zermatt... unfortunately I only got pictures of them in the room.

I had helpers decorating...

And with dishes, it was not so much help but super cute!.

I took the kids swimming to help us not miss summer so much.
Sam LOVED it!

My Mom took us all to the trick or treating at This is the Place State Park.
We had to come up with last minute costumes so I drew on eyebrows and mustaches.

Ella went to a costume birthday party as a corpse/skeleton bride!

I saw these CRAZY clouds driving home one day.

Dave's Mom took us on the annual pumpkin patch outing.

Afterwards Aunt Erin had a caramel apple bar set up... YUM!

I saw this AMAZING sunset and it made me happy on a day I needed it. :)

Someone started taking steps!

My parents took us (just Dave, Me and the big kids) back to This is the Place for the Haunted villiage

It was SCARY!  James was super brave and let the way almost the whole time... Ella SOBBED the whole time.  I kept offering to leave with her but she would emphatically say "NO!"  Afterward she said she loved it.  Who would have guessed!?

We carved Pumpkins and decorated out porch spooky!

Sam and I made a trip up to Primary Children's Medical Center.  He had a fever and was pretty miserable.  After our scare and emergency surgery with him in June I am paranoid.  They did X-rays but in the end sent us home and said he'd feel better in a few days, and he did.

I think taking this was a no no... Oh well!

HALLOWEEN!

Probably my VERY favorite baby costume EVER!

ANGRY EINSTEIN!

Before Trick-or-treating in our neighborhood we went to James's Birth Mom's house.
We love her!

Cousin Group Shot!!!

Our neighbor was terrifying!  The kids thought he was awesome.

Candy Coma and Sorting...

 The END.
